In 2012, Hurricane Sandy was a major disaster! It hit the Jersey Shore with tropical storm force winds and flooding for over 12 hours! This image depicts the beginning stages of recovery and cleanup efforts. On March 10, 2013 traffic in Seaside Heights was light, but many people were there just to check out the damage.
I'm a visual artist with a passion for photographing people, flowers, nature up close, abstracts, and interesting places, like the Jersey Shore, Princeton, NYC, Italy. I like to focus on composition, color, and perspective. My images have been in juried exhibits at the Perkins Center for the Arts, and Guild of Creative Arts, and non-juried shows at the Princeton Photography Club, and Art Way Gallery.
